Makhmoor Ul Hasan is a results-driven senior finance professional with an international track record in business partnering, value creation, and risk management. They have held positions at Shell from 2008 to 2019, culminating in their role as Manager of M&A and Commercial Finance, where they led financial operations for acquisition and divestment projects. Makhmoor has also served as a financial modelling consultant and global FX & money markets dealer, managing substantial financial portfolios and liquidity risk for Shell. Their educational background includes an MBA from Lahore University of Management Sciences and membership in the Association of Corporate Treasurers.
