Malak Al-Shaibani

Malak Al-Shaibani is a seasoned professional with over 36 years of experience spanning the public and private sectors, as well as entrepreneurship. They retired after serving as the Director General at the National Business Center, where they established business incubators and supported numerous startups. Malak has held significant roles at Shell Oman and the Omani Center for Investment Promotion & Export Development, focusing on investment attraction and external relations. Currently, they serve as the Managing Director at Creativelinks, where they specialize in management consultancy. Malak's educational background includes an MBA in Strategic Management from Strathclyde University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Design Thinking from EMERITUS Institute of Management.
