Manissa Patel

Manissa Patel has extensive experience in executive compensation and reward management, most recently serving as Vice President of Corporate Reward at Shell. Prior to this role, Manissa held the position of Interim Reward Specialist at Aviva and took a maternity break during a career transition. At Standard Chartered Bank, Manissa excelled as Head of Executive Compensation and Head of Compensation, starting in April 2014, and also served as Head of International Mobility. Earlier in the career, Manissa worked as a Senior Manager at Deloitte, contributing to significant expertise in the field of compensation and rewards.
