Manuela Kipp

Manuela Kipp has extensive experience in the chemical engineering field, currently serving as a Production Process Improvement Analyst GLC at Shell since August 2002. In this role, responsibilities include being a Business Interface Controller for SAP/ST, GSAP Super User for Blending/Filling, and a lead super user for ERA, along with acting as a process trainer. Manuela played a key role in the GSAP Go Live Project for Germany, adapting production planning and execution processes to meet GLC requirements and providing comprehensive training for production and filling operators. Prior to Shell, Manuela worked as a Chemikantin at RWE Dea AG from August 1991 to August 2002 and at Texaco from August 1988 to August 1991, where foundational skills were developed through an apprenticeship.
