Marc Wagner

Marc Wagner, P.E., serves as Operations Manager for Shell Midstream, overseeing crude, refined products, chemicals, and dry gas midstream assets in Texas, California, Illinois, and Pennsylvania since July 2011. Previous roles at Shell include Project Manager for Marine Electrification, Safety & Environmental Manager for Wells & Projects across North America, Business Advisor to the EVP of Deep Water supporting global business objectives, Facilities & Reliability Engineer for Auger TLP in the US Gulf of Mexico, and Lead for the Life Extension Program for Deep Water assets. Marc began a career at Shell as a Project Engineering Intern focused on offshore pipeline facilities. Academic credentials include a Master’s in Structural Engineering and a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, both from the University of Michigan.
