Marc Waterman is currently the HSSE Manager for Shell Holland Hydrogen 1, where they oversee the creation of a green hydrogen production facility in Rotterdam. With a strong history in the oil and gas industry, Marc has held various managerial positions at Shell, including Facility Manager for BeNeLux and HSE Manager for major refinery projects. Previously, Marc worked as a Process Technologist at AVR and developed environmental plans as a consultant for Shell Chemicals Netherlands. Marc holds two Master of Science degrees, one in Petroleum Engineering from the Technische Universiteit Delft and another in Business Economics from Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam.
