They have held key roles, including Senior Electrical Engineer at Brunei LNG and Manager of Electrical Engineering at Shell Pernis, where they transformed the discipline into a leadership organization. An advocate for electrical safety, Marcel is responsible for developing and implementing strategies for electrical power systems, leveraging their expertise to support Shell's commitment to delivering more value with fewer emissions. Marcel holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering from The Hague University of Applied Sciences.
