Marcel Voogt is a seasoned Sr Cost Estimating Engineer at Shell, having held various significant roles within the company since 2011. They served as a Project Manager at Shell P&T Downstream Projects and previously as the SDA Project Services Manager at Shell Projects & Technology from 2015 to 2018. Before joining Shell, Marcel worked as a Project Engineer and Estimator at Aker Kvaerner, and as a Project Manager at Shell Nederland Raffinaderij from 2005 to 2010. Marcel holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Twente, which they completed in 1996.
