Marco Orlandi serves as the Transfer Pricing Lead Upstream, New Energies, Projects & Technology, and Group Services at Shell since 2021. With extensive experience in international corporate taxation and transfer pricing beginning in 2006, Marco has advised clients on various related issues and risk management while also serving as an auditor for the Italian Revenue Agency from 2011 to 2016. Marco participated in the first joint audit pilot project between Germany and Italy and contributed to the Tax Inspectors Without Borders Project. An active speaker and lecturer on international tax, Marco is a member of the Italian branch of the IFA Young Network and holds a Master of Science in Economics and Business Science and an LL.M. in International Tax Law.
