Marius von Baum

Marius von Baum is the General Manager of Mobility at Shell México, a role they began in 2024. With 16 years of experience at Shell, Marius has a strong background in business development, deal structuring, and P&L ownership, having led teams across Europe, Africa, and Mexico. Previously, Marius held various positions including Business Development Team Lead for EU & Africa and Products Supply Team Lead in Shell Mexico, where they achieved significant financial improvements and expansion in the business. Marius is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Commerce and Business at Erasmus University Rotterdam and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and Business from Macquarie University.
