Mark Howman is an accomplished professional in geomatics, currently serving as the GM Geomatics and Global Discipline Lead at Shell since 2025. Mark's extensive experience includes roles such as GIS Specialist and Manager Spatial Services at QGC - A BG Group Business, as well as various leadership positions within Shell, including Manager Geospatial Americas. Prior to entering the field of geomatics, Mark worked as IT Manager at Matrixplus and Group Systems Manager at St Giles Hotels. Mark holds a Master’s Degree in Spatial Science Technology from the University of Southern Queensland, achieved with distinction.
