Marno de Jong is the Executive Vice President and Country Chair for Nigeria at Shell, a position held since April 1, 2025. Prior to this role, Marno served as the Senior Vice President for Nigeria at Shell from 2020. Their extensive career includes significant positions at INPEX Corporation and Woodside Energy, where they were involved in various project management and engineering capacities, all while being seconded by Shell. Marno holds a degree in Applied Physics from Eindhoven University of Technology, completed in 1992.
