Martijn Rooseboom

Martijn Rooseboom is a highly motivated health and safety professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical, chemistry, and energy sectors. Currently serving as the Global Head of Toxicology & Exposure Sciences at Shell, Martijn has previously held roles such as Principal Toxicologist and Director of Clinical Development at various leading organizations. Martijn holds a PhD from the Leiden/Amsterdam Center for Drug Research and has been a member of the Health Council of the Netherlands since 2019, contributing expertise in toxicology, regulatory affairs, and project management. With a strong focus on stakeholders, Martijn integrates scientific knowledge with management skills to drive results in complex environments.
