Martin Padilla is currently the HSSE Manager at Shell Polymers Monaca. With a strong background in safety and management, Martin previously served as the Deepwater Regulatory Manager and Manager of Americas Emergency Management at Shell, as well as HSSE Manager at the Norco Manufacturing Complex. Prior to joining Shell, Martin was the Director of HSE and Emergency Management for Shell Oil Products and Motiva Enterprises. Martin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Safety and Systems Management from the University of Southern California and is currently pursuing an MBA in Finance from Saint Mary's College of California.
