Matt McShee is a Senior Staff Geologist at Shell, where they serve as the Lead Operations Geologist for the Americas and as the Principal Technical Expert in Operations Geology. They previously worked as an Exploration Portfolio Analyst at Shell from 2000 to 2005 and held positions as a Mud Logger/Data Analyst/Unit Manager at Geoservices between 1985 and 1990. Matt's earlier experience also includes being a Wellsite & Operations Geologist at Strata Petroleum Consulting from 1990 to 1997. They earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc Hons) in Geology/Earth Science from the University of Plymouth from 1981 to 1984.
