Matthew Falzone

Matthew Falzone, MBA, PMP, is a transformational leader in the energy sector with over 22 years of experience. Currently serving as the Global Head of Hydrogen Safety, Environment, and Asset Management at Shell, they lead a multinational team focused on developing a safe hydrogen economy. Previously, at the Naval Nuclear Laboratory, Matthew managed a $62 million field engineering program, while at Shell, they oversaw the implementation of innovative maintenance strategies and improvements across the company’s Gulf of Mexico operations. Matthew holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Lafayette College and an MBA from William & Mary.
