Maurice Fenton is currently serving as the interim Vice President of Global Payroll at Shell, where they oversee the management of global payrolls. Previously, Maurice held various leadership roles at Shell, including VP of HR Services and VP of Global Compensation, and worked at ING, where they led performance and reward strategies. Maurice began their career as a Tutor at University College Cork while completing post-graduate studies.
