Maxim Nasalevich is a seasoned researcher with extensive experience in chemicals and catalyst technology, currently serving as a Researcher in Chemicals Catalyst Technology at Shell since October 2023. Prior to this role, Maxim worked at Tronox from July 2020 to September 2023 as a Senior Scientist in R&D for Specialty Products, leading the development of new specialty TiO2 products while managing a team of technicians. Earlier positions include a Technology Scout at SIBUR, where Maxim contributed to the 2030 Research Strategy, and a Researcher at Shell, managing a contract research project.
