Mayla Vigário

Mayla Vigário is a Regulatory and Compliance Manager at Shell, bringing over 10 years of experience in the oil and gas sector. With a focus on continuous improvement in regulatory compliance and safety enhancement, they play a key role in Shell's Safety and Environmental team and serve as the focal point for regulatory audits. Mayla previously held positions such as Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist and Regulatory Affairs Assistant within Shell. They are also a member of the IOGP Safety Committee since 2022. Mayla earned a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Universidade Estácio de Sá in 2012.
