Melanie Ellis is a Chartered Accountant and Regulatory Affairs Manager with over 20 years of commercial experience. They began their career at PwC, where they worked in audit and transitioned to the Transactions team, before moving into various commercial roles within the energy industry, including positions at British Gas and Limejump. At Limejump, they established the Capacity Market function and later the Regulations function, leading to their current role within Shell's European Regulatory Affairs Team. Melanie's expertise spans team management, stakeholder engagement, and delivering complex change projects in regulated environments.
