Melroy Andrews is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in Operational Excellence, Portfolio, Programs, Products, and Projects across various domains including Networking, Telecom, IT, and Energy. Currently serving as the Lead PMO in the Programme Directorate at Shell, Melroy manages a substantial portfolio and leads a 21-member team to ensure governance and stakeholder satisfaction. Prior to Shell, Melroy held roles as a Project Manager and Technical Consultant at Orange Business Services, as well as in senior project management positions at Systems Plus Solutions and Capgemini. Melroy earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from St. Xavier's College.
