Melton Hows

Melton Hows is a Principal Technical Expert in Formation Testing, Sampling, and Analysis at Shell. Hows has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, beginning as a Mechanical Engineer at Kingston Morrison and later serving as a Field Engineer at Schlumberger. Hows further advanced their career at Shell International E&P Inc. as a Senior Petrophysicist and has been a Pore Pressure Prediction Specialist at Shell Exploration and Production Co. Since 2021, Hows has held the position of Principal FEAST Engineer at Shell, demonstrating a strong background in petroleum and mechanical engineering with degrees from Stanford University and the University of Auckland.
