Michael Fehl

Michael Fehl is currently the Manager of Employee & Labor Relations at Shell, where they have held various HR roles since 2003. They previously served as an HR Consultant and HR Manager, focusing on employee relations and industrial relations within the company. Michael began their career in HR as an Intern at Eaton Corporation and later worked as an HR Assistant at William Mitchell College of Law. They hold a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
