Michael Weitert

Michael Weitert is an accomplished automotive and technology leader with over 15 years of experience in the industry. They have held prominent roles including Vice President at HELLA, Director at HW Advisory Pte. Ltd., and Senior Director at NIO, where they played a critical role in establishing electric and electronics organizations and launching key vehicle models. Currently, Michael serves as an advisor at XNERGY while mentoring start-ups through Shell's Start-up Engine and the German Accelerator. They hold a degree in Information Science and Business Administration from Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster.
