Michael Yen has a diverse background in consulting and finance, beginning with a Business Administration internship at Citigroup SmithBarney in 2007. Following various internships at Southwest Airlines and ExpressJet Airlines, Michael transitioned to a Senior Consultant role at SunGard Consulting Services from June 2012 to August 2014. After serving as a Global Transaction Support Coordinator and a Commercial Contract Coordinator at Phillips 66 from September 2019 to November 2022, Michael advanced to the position of Senior Commercial Advisor at Shell until June 2023. Currently, Michael holds the title of Confirmations Team Lead for Gas & Power at Shell. Michael earned a BBA in Management Information Systems and Finance from The University of Texas at Austin's Red McCombs School of Business in 2012.
