Michal Ratusznik

Michal Ratusznik is a seasoned Planning Manager specializing in FP&A within Integrated Gas & Upstream. They began their career at KPMG Poland as an Assistant in the Audit Department from 2011 to 2013, before progressing to Shell, where they held several roles including Senior Analyst in Reporting & Financial Controlling and Senior Financial Controller Lead. Michal further enhanced their expertise at ALK as a Senior Corporate Financial Controller from 2016 to 2018. They hold multiple master's degrees from Cracow University of Economics and Hogeschool Gent, and are currently pursuing a degree in Management Accounting from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
