Michel Jansen

Michel Jansen is a global operational excellence leader specializing in asset management and process safety. Currently serving as the Global Lead for Business Process Design at Shell, Michel focuses on optimizing processes and data within various operational areas, empowering 18,000 employees across over 120 global production facilities. Previously, Michel held roles such as Asset Management Integration Manager and Global Reliability and Asset Integrity Lead, where they defined value programs and strategies to enhance asset performance. Michel earned a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Delft University of Technology in 2006.
