Michele Lyra

Michele Lyra is a Brazil-qualified corporate attorney with over 20 years of experience in private practice and is currently a Senior Legal Counsel for Litigation at Shell, overseeing high-risk disputes across Latin America and the Caribbean. Previously, Michele served as a Senior Associate at Veirano Advogados, leading a team in the Dispute Resolution Practice Area and managing complex litigation matters. Michele is also a member of the Arbitration Committee at OAB/RJ and the Director of Arbitration at CBMA. They hold a PhD in Law from UERJ, focused on Procedural Law, which is expected to be completed in April 2025.
