Mike Dufour

Mike Dufour, P.E. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and project management. They began their career as a Civil Engineer at Waldemar S. Nelson & Co. and Entergy, where they developed expertise in structural design and civil engineering. They further honed their skills at Shell Oil Company, serving as a Shutdown Project Engineer and later leading the Mars Corridor Planning Team. Currently, Mike holds the position of Maintenance, Turnarounds, and Construction Excellence Manager, overseeing operational excellence in the Gulf Coast East region while also acting as a focal point for multiple facilities. Mike earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Tulane University.
