Mike Lionetti has extensive experience in engineering and management within the oil and gas industry. They began their career as a Field Engineer at Corning Cable Systems from 2005 to 2006, followed by various engineering roles at Shell Oil Company between 2010 and 2012. From 2015 to 2020, Mike served as WRFM Factory Manager for the Gulf of America at Shell, where they also held positions such as WRFM Team Lead and Development Manager. Mike earned a Bachelor’s degree in Ceramic and Materials Engineering from Clemson University from 2000 to 2004.
