Mingguang GUO

Mingguang GUO is an experienced project manager with a diverse background in engineering and project management. GUO began a career in 1995 as a designer at China Communications Construction Company, progressing to a project lead at Moody International, LLC, and IES (Shanghai) Co Ltd. From 1999 to 2000, GUO worked as a field engineer at Bechtel Corporation. GUO served as a project manager at Lafarge from August 2007 to August 2011, focusing on opportunity, feasibility, and design studies alongside contracting and EPC management. Since August 2011, GUO has been with Shell, managing projects that encompass opportunity framing, project definition, and detailed design through to construction management and commissioning. GUO holds a Master of Engineering in Project Management from Concordia University and a degree in Harbour & Marine Engineering from Dalian University of Technology.
