Mohamed Azzazi

Mohamed Azzazi is an experienced professional in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as the BSP Exploration Operations Team Lead at Shell since February 2010. In this role, Mohamed Azzazi leads a team consisting of Petrophysicists, Ops Geologists, and Wellsite Geologists to ensure the safe and efficient execution of BSP Exploration well deliveries. Prior experience includes significant roles at Petroleum Development Oman, where responsibilities involved the maturation of fields, development planning, and leading petrophysical assessments across various projects, earning accolades such as the Director’s Gold award for business improvement and the Director’s technical award for innovative techniques. Earlier internships at companies like 3M, Schlumberger, and Halliburton provided foundational experience in sales, engineering, and operational roles. Mohamed Azzazi holds a BSc in Electronics Engineering from The American University in Cairo.
