Mohammed Al-Salamah is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources management and organizational development. They previously served in various leadership roles at Shell, including HR Regional Implementation & Planning Lead and VP of HR for Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestments. Prior to that, Mohammed held the position of Leadership Development and Effectiveness Advisor at Saudi Aramco and worked as a Human Resources Client Manager at Motiva Enterprises LLC. They earned a Master’s degree in Industrial and Labor Relations with a focus on Human Resources and Organizations from Cornell University ILR School in 2009.
