Mona Nilsen

Mona Nilsen is the Head of Organisation & Sustainability at A/S Norske Shell, where they oversee Corporate & People functions, including Human Resources and Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental initiatives. With extensive experience in the petroleum and energy industry, Mona has previously held roles such as Supply Chain Engineer and Norway HSSE Manager at Shell, as well as Contracts Coordinator at Norsk Hydro AS. They hold a Bachelor of Culture and Social Science from the University of Bergen and an Officer degree from the Norwegian Military Academy Linderud.
