Monali Dash is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in various senior management roles at Shell since October 2017, currently serving as Senior Manager of IT Service Management and IT Portfolio Advisor. Monali has a proven track record in initiating strategic objectives, driving business development, and collaborating with technical teams to enhance IT service offerings. Prior roles include Senior IT Product Owner, where Monali shaped IT strategy to support business growth and maximize data utilization. Previous experience encompasses program and project management at DXC Technology, Wipro, EMC, and Essilor India, with a focus on leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale initiatives. Monali holds a Disruptive Strategy certification from Harvard Business School, an MBA in HR from Christ University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Utkal University.
