Mustafa Al-Najim

Mustafa Al-Najim is currently the Valuation Lead at Shell, bringing extensive experience as a commercial and project professional across multiple regions. Since 2013, they have worked in various roles at Shell, including Offshore Wind Project Engineer and Subsea Infrastructure Decommissioning Lead, where they have managed significant projects and stakeholder relationships. Prior to their current role, Mustafa was a Project Engineer at IOGP from 2019 to 2021, contributing to initiatives with leading international oil companies. They hold a BEng (Hons.) in Mechanical Engineering with Building Services from Brunel University London, which they completed in 2012.
