Nan Jiang

Nan Jiang, CPA, is a Financial Reporting Manager at Shell, where they prepare and review SEC filings and manage the financial reporting process. With combined experience in both Big Four and industry roles, Nan has developed a deep understanding of the accounting process, including financial statement preparation, variance analysis, and technical accounting research. Prior to Shell, they served in various financial reporting and management roles at AEI Svcs LLC, Forum Energy Technologies, and Deloitte. Nan holds a Master's degree in Professional Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Management from the University of Oxford, where they graduated with First Honors. Nan has been a Texas CPA since 2008.
