Natalia Petrovicheva

Natalia Petrovicheva has extensive experience in human resources, primarily at Shell since October 2005, where currently serving as a Human Resources Project Manager, responsible for HR principles to reduce Shell's presence in Russia, managing internal communications, and talent management. Previous roles include Deputy HR Director at Sakhalin Energy, where served as a Shell secondee, focusing on HR business partnering and L&D initiatives, and Head of HR for Shell Kazakhstan, overseeing full HR coverage and talent strategy implementation. Additionally, served as Global Skillpool Manager in Upstream Commercial and held the HR Director position at Volga-Dnepr-Group from 2003 to 2005. Education includes a Master's degree from the University of Twente with a focus on corporate universities and a degree from Lomonosov Moscow State University.
