Natalie McDowall

Natalie McDowall is currently the Global Discipline Lead for Experiential at Shell, where they apply their extensive expertise in event management and strategic partnerships. Prior to this role, they served in various capacities at Shell, including Global Project Manager for the Make the Future Festivals and Deputy Experiential Lead. Natalie has also held the position of Marketing & Sales Manager at Richmond Creative Events, one of London's leading event management companies. They were once Vice President Membership for ILEA UK, contributing to the largest community of creative event professionals. Natalie earned a First Class Hons BSc in International Hospitality Management from Oxford Brookes University and a Professional Certificate in Marketing from CIM.
