Natasha Blanchard

Natasha Blanchard has over a decade of experience in emergency management and preparedness, initially starting their career as a Primary Care Paramedic before joining Shell in 2013 as a Wells Operations Technician. With a focus on regulatory compliance and emergency response, they earned recognition as the Disaster Recovery Institute's newcomer of the year in 2021 for their contributions during the pandemic. Currently, Natasha serves as an Emergency Management Advisor for Shell, supporting operations throughout Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia while pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Emergency and Security Management Studies at the Justice Institute of British Columbia. Outside of work, Natasha engages in volunteer activities with animal welfare organizations and enjoys camping in Alberta's Rocky Mountains.
