Neala Mark is an experienced professional with a strong background in drilling and engineering, having held various roles at Shell from June 2014 to December 2015, including Drilling Superintendent, Drilling Engineer, and Sr Product Owner - Integrated Well Delivery. Neala developed and implemented innovative workforce mobility and learning strategies impacting wellsite supervisors, which improved operational efficiency across North and South America.
