Neha Koul is an experienced professional in enterprise risk and compliance management, currently serving as the Risk and Control Framework Manager at Shell since April 2017. In this role, Neha Koul is responsible for managing the enterprise risk and controls framework to address evolving cyber and information risks while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Prior to this position, Neha Koul held the role of Sr. Compliance and Assurance Advisor at Shell, focusing on IT compliance and assurance management. Neha Koul began the career as a Software Engineer at Geodesic and later worked as an Information Security Consultant at Accenture, where project responsibilities included conducting IT and supplier risk assessments for clients in the oil and gas sector. Neha Koul holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai and further pursued education at Symbiosis International University.
