Neil Grimwood

Neil Grimwood is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate management. Notably, Neil held the position of New Business Development Manager for Shell Lubricants from February 2018 to July 2022, where responsibilities included leading global corporate development efforts. Prior to Shell, Neil served as Acquisitions & Divestments Lead for EMEA, overseeing M&A activities in downstream oil and gas and renewables. Neil's earlier roles included Corporate Programme Manager at Doosan Power Systems, Portfolio Manager at Schindler Group, and Management Consultant at Accenture, where expertise in supply chain strategy and optimization was applied across various sectors. Additionally, Neil served as an Army Officer and Ammunition Technical Officer in the British Army for nearly a decade, achieving the rank of Major. Neil holds an MBA in Business Administration from Warwick Business School and completed basic officer training at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.
