Neil Payne is a Commissioning / Start-Up Supervisor at Shell, currently involved in the LNG Canada project in Kitimat, British Columbia. Previously, Neil served as HSSE Transition Manager at M&I Materials Development Ltd and held various roles at Shell, including Offshore Installation Manager with Brunei Shell Petroleum and Commissioning/Start Up Coordinator for Basrah Gas Company.
