Nicola Bruyns

Nicola Bruyns possesses extensive experience in financial management and accounting, currently serving as the Group Business Accounting Advisor for Downstream at Shell since December 2009. Prior roles at Shell include Group Pension Finance Manager, EMEA Treasury Manager, Holdings and Treasury Governance Risk and Assurance Manager, and Corporate Holdings Company Controller, overseeing the top UK holding companies within the Shell Group and managing a team of three direct reports. Prior to joining Shell, Nicola Bruyns worked at PwC as an Audit Manager and Technical Accounting Specialist from January 2004 to November 2009, and as an Audit Senior at PwC South Africa from January 2001 to December 2003. Nicola holds a Bachelor of Accounting Honours degree from Stellenbosch University, obtained between 1997 and 2000, and completed secondary education at Bryanston High School from 1992 to 1996.
