Nihan Demir is currently the Global Engineering Design Strategy Manager at The Shell Company of Turkey Ltd. They previously served as an Industrial Engineer and Cost Controller at Ford Otosan from 2013 to 2014, where they also held the role of Project Planning Engineer. In 2018, Nihan worked at Shell as a Global Engineering Design Strategy Manager and Engineering Procurement and Construction Manager. Nihan earned their degree from Yildiz Technical University, where they studied from 2006 to 2010, and participated in an Erasmus program at Universidad De Deusto in Industrial Engineering from 2008 to 2009. They are currently pursuing further education at HASAL.
