Nikita Jain is a Technical Specialist in PACO at Shell since April 2024, bringing valuable experience from previous roles at Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited, where responsibilities included serving as a digital anchor for the Turn-around 2023 at the Mumbai refinery and working in digital solutions and advanced process control from July 2022 to April 2024. Prior to this, Nikita worked at Bharat Oman Refineries Limited from June 2015 to June 2022, focusing on digitalization and advanced process control, with knowledge in various refinery process units. The career began with a management trainee position in a delayed coker unit, complemented by a chemical engineering degree obtained from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology (2011-2015). Additional educational experiences include a summer internship at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, and design work for a shell and tube heat exchanger at SAIL-Bhilai.
