Nikki Ozgul

Nikki Ozgul is a seasoned professional in energy innovation and change management, currently serving as the Innovation Lead at Shell. Previously, they held roles such as Organizational Effectiveness Consultant at Slalom and Technology Consultant at Accenture, where they drove significant performance improvements and led change strategies across various projects. Nikki began their career as an Engineering Assistant Intern at International Standard Valve and has also contributed to humanitarian efforts as the Communities Communication Chair for Engineers Without Borders. They hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Business Foundations Certificate from The University of Texas at Austin.
