Nikolay Trifonov

Nikolay Trifonov is a seasoned professional in human resources and talent development, with a career spanning multiple organizations since 2014. Nikolay began as an HR trainee at For Our Children Foundation and gained experience at Raiffeisen Bank - Bulgaria and Sopharma Trading Jsc, where responsibilities included recruitment and organizational culture changes. At MentorMate, Nikolay excelled as a Talent Development Specialist, managing company-wide training initiatives, followed by a role as a Talent Development Advisor at Tietoevry, focused on creating tailored training programs. Currently serving as a Learning Advisor at Shell, Nikolay develops and curates learning content for staff in Bulgaria. Nikolay holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Vélikoturnovski universitet and a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Sofia University.
