Nim Jasani FCA is a results-oriented finance leader with extensive experience in business partnering and M&A integration. Over the years, they served as Finance Director for Shell's Renewable Energy segment and previously held roles in Energy Trading and LNG, focusing on growth and risk management across various energy sectors. Nim began their career at PwC, where they specialized in audit and M&A transactions, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 2008. They studied Mathematical Economics and Statistics at the University of Birmingham and completed their ACA at the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
